Ordering & Delivery
Where are your products shipped from?
All orders are packed and dispatched from USA.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days, depending on your location.
Will I receive tracking details for my order?
Yes — as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Do you ship outside of USA?
Currently, we only ship within USA. International delivery is not available at this time.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your parcel doesn’t show up within the expected timeframe, get in touch. We offer a guaranteed reship at no extra cost if your package is lost in transit.
Can I get a refund if my delivery is delayed or missing?
We don’t provide refunds for shipping delays or lost parcels — however, we will happily resend your order free of charge.
Are orders shipped discreetly?
Yes. We use plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of the contents to ensure your privacy.
Are peptides protected during shipping?
Yes. We use secure and temperature-conscious packaging to maintain product integrity throughout transit.
Which payment methods can I use?

Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or make changes.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped.
Refunds are only available if your item arrives damaged or incorrect — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

How should I store peptides once received?
Peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For extended storage, refrigeration is recommended.
How should I store reconstituted peptides?
Once you have reconstituted your peptides, you should store them in refrigerated conditions. Reconstituted peptides will last a minimum of 4 weeks under these storage conditions.
What is the purity level of your peptides?
All Synaptik Solutions products are produced to a minimum purity of 99%, suitable for scientific research purposes only.
