Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We currently ship within the United States only. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet, unmarked packaging. There are no references to the contents or our company name on the outside of the packaging. Products are securely packaged to ensure safe transit and maintain product integrity.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at synaptiksolutions2@gmail.com to inquire about international shipping to your country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Policy
Important Notice: Due to the nature of our research chemical products and strict quality control requirements, we maintain specific return guidelines outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- The product arrived visibly damaged or compromised
- The product was defective or does not meet the described specifications
- The order was significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging and documentation
- Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
- Digital goods or downloadable content
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team at synaptiksolutions2@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Ship the product back to us using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
